Every morning in our peaceful countryside home, two special members of our animal family eagerly wait by the garden gate—Coco and Bebe. Coco is a clever young monkey with bright eyes and endless energy, while Bebe is a playful baby goat with a gentle heart and a love for cuddles. These two may come from different species, but they are the best of friends—and part of our family in every way.
The moment they see us stepping out with a watermelon in our hands, it’s pure excitement. Coco starts hopping on the fence and squealing with joy, while Bebe runs in circles, bleating happily. Watermelon is their absolute favorite fruit, and it’s become a daily tradition that brings the whole family—human and animal—closer together.
As we slice open the juicy red melon, Coco climbs onto the table and grabs a chunk with his tiny hands. He eats it so quickly that the juice runs down his face, making everyone laugh. Bebe prefers small pieces, which we feed her by hand. Her soft lips gently nibble the fruit, and she makes the cutest little chewing sounds.
It’s not just about the watermelon—it’s about the love and connection we all share during these sweet moments. Coco always tries to feed us back, holding a sticky piece of melon up to our mouths like he wants to share the happiness. Bebe leans her head on our laps afterward, resting peacefully as if to say thank you.
Coco and Bebe follow us everywhere after snack time—into the kitchen, the garden, and even the living room. They watch TV with the kids, cuddle with grandma, and sometimes nap together in a sunny spot by the porch. They’ve become part of our daily rhythm, part of our laughter, and part of our love.
Visitors are always amazed to see how close they are to our family. They don’t live in cages. They live with us—free to play, free to explore, and most importantly, free to love. And every day, they remind us what family really means. It’s not just about blood or species. It’s about trust, care, and the joy of simply being together.
For us, a watermelon is more than a fruit—it’s a symbol of shared joy. And Coco and Bebe, with their big hearts and silly antics, are more than just animals. They’re family. Every single day.
